I am not a member of SGMP. Can I access courses and recordings through this platform?
Yes. You may browse available content such as webinars and courses at no cost. You will need to create a free SGMP profile (if you do not already have one) in order to register for a webinar or course, or to access on-demand recordings. Most eLearning content is free to members, so you may want to consider joining SGMP to take advantage of this member benefit.

Can I cancel my registration for courses and other live programs?
For live events (not including webinars and recordings), cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to education@sgmp.org by the registration deadline listed for the live event. No refunds will be given after the registration deadline or for no-shows.
For self-paced courses, cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to education@sgmp.org prior to starting the course.
If I want to pay with a check, when will I be able to access the product?
You will be able to access your purchased product once your check is received and processed by SGMP. Check payments for a live (non-webinar) event must be received at least one business day prior to the program or your registration will be cancelled; if a check payment for a live webinar is not received before the live date, the registrant will receive access to the webinar recording upon receipt of payment.

How long will I have to complete a self-paced course?
Self-paced courses are not time-limited. You may complete the course as long as it remains in our course catalog. However, for the CGMP exam, there is a time limit to complete the examination once started.
How is a self-paced course different from a live event?
Course registrants can start and move through the course at their own pace–pausing throughout–as they choose. Live events are of a limited duration with a designated start date and time.
